Optus: "Optus Yes Quest"

Optus were looking for a way to increase knowledge retention and improve customer service within their sales staff. Using the Gametize platform, Optus created an award-winning game, "Optus Yes Quest" that saw 719 staff playing over a 2-week period.

A resounding success (with 2559 completed challenges, 5806 likes and 448 comments), staff found the game fun to use, with a variety of different challenges and social elements.
